Terms and Conditions

To refer a merchant and earn your referral bonus, the merchant must be classified as a "qualified lead." A qualified lead is:

The individual is a merchant who has a current business or is starting a business, and is in need of accepting credit cards or would like to change their current credit card processor.
You have spoken with the merchant and made it clear that you can refer them to Piedmont Payments who can help them with their credit card processing.
The merchant account must be open and process for at least 30 days with Piedmont Payments.
The merchant can not already be a customer of Piedmont Payments or one of our partners.
The merchant is expecting a call from Piedmont Payments.
